The basic salary does not include the following: <ul type="square"><li>additional payment by way of overtime, bonus or commission; </li><li>travelling, food or housing allowance; </li><li>any sum paid to an employee or contract worker to defray special expenses incurred by him owing to the special, unusual or hazardous nature of the employment; </li><li>any contribution paid by the employer or contractor to any pension fund or provident fund; </li><li>Any gratuity payable on discharge or retirement. </li></ul></li><li>Income Tax Notice of Assessment for the last 3 years and CPF contribution history for the last 12 months (preceding the date of application); </li><li>Latest Computer Information on Business Profile from Accounting & Corporate Regulatory Authority (formerly known as Registry of Companies and Businesses), if you are a sole proprietor/partner/Director of a company; </li><li>Foreign identity card and conversion of name document, if any; </li><li>If applicant is married, spouse and children/adoptive children/step children's educational certificates, identity cards, birth certificates, Singapore citizenship certificates, if any, death certificate, if any and (if they are non-citizens of Singapore) travel documents, entry and re-entry permits; </li><li>If applicant is single, parents' and siblings' identity cards, birth certificates, Singapore citizenship certificates, if any, death certificate, if any and (if they are non-citizens of Singapore) travel documents, entry and re-entry permits.
