<p>yes cancel student pass can not extent the svp..</p><p>but u can find singaporean or PR to help you extent the svp..but i think only can extents</p><p>14days and this is final extents.</p>

i think can not leh..because one of my fren also processing the EP now..but her visa also expire already..and she already found PR to help her extents the visa already..and her passport already chop final by ICA..so nobody can help her extent the visa liao. now she alerady going bk china wasting for the result loh.
