</p><p>你给的那个网站上还说 “stream data is buffering in the memory, not on the hard disk.”这么说是不是就不算下载了？又没有存在硬盘里？到底是可不可以看啊，你可不可以说的明确点？</p>

假如不存在硬盘，或许是不犯法的。但是PPstream播的若是侵权的电影或音乐，用者仍然是在协助散播侵权的内容。这大概得等有人被控告后，由法庭裁决了，才能确定。只要没有判例，没有人能说得准。另外有一种recorder，用来保存PPstream播放的内容，假如所保存的是侵权的东西，则肯定是犯法的。用P2P软件，即使不犯法，也容易受到黑客攻击，最好别用。

按新加坡的法律，只要是下载的东东是侵犯版权的，不管用什么方式下载，都算是违法的。<p>但是，从技术上来谈，HTTP或FTP方式下载（比如说从百度提供的连接下载）是相对安全的。因为用这种方式下载，用户只和服务器有连接，所以，下载行为只有用户与服务器你知我知，别人是不知道的。</p><p>如果如果采用点对点方式（P2P，象BT，电驴，还有众多pplive之类的软件），用户并非只和服务有连接，而是同时要跟网络上众多的其它下载用户交换下载内容。所以这种方式是不安全的: 唱片公司只要也用软件去下载同一个文件，他就会轻易得到其它跟他连接的用户资料（IP地址），然后顺藤摸瓜地找到具体是谁在非法下载了。</p><p>当然，无论用什么方式，网络运营商（如starhub,singtel)都会知道的，如果他愿意。但就目前新加坡来看，捉拿与起诉非法下载都是唱片公司发起的，网络商并不会主动去查，所以说用HTTP方式还算是安全的。</p>
