4S= 4 simplified = 84 sqm (corridor) -88sqm (corner) master room with attached toilet + store room  , more than 15 year
4I= 4 improved = 88sqm - normally door to door, master room without toilet no store room , big hall, big room more than  15 year . a lot in marine parade , bedok south
4NG= new generation -= 92.5 sqm -99 sqm  normally door to door, master room with toilet ,store room smaller size of 4A
4A = 106 sqm newer 4rm, master room with toilet ,store room , a lot in area area, more than 10 year
4a1 = 90-95 sqm =  newest 4 rm , available in new town, the age is not more than 10 year some come with corner unit (very popular among PR, cause no risk in main upgrading/lift upgrading.
4a2= 85-90 sqm =  newest 4 rm , available in new town, the age is not more than 10 year mostly corridor , some come with corner unit (very popular among PR, cause no risk in main upgrading/lift upgrading.)
PR family cannot get loan from hdb, this is the rule , agent got no power or authority to stop anyone to take loan from any bank also, it all up to the buyer , as agent, we only introduce the bank with best rate at the point of time when the customer need the services.

yes, u have consider  high income house hold group, and the government will not give u any subsidy.

only 30k grant to buy the exec. condo.

i hear from my bankers  there the inter-bank rate is going down,  so the interest rate will go down also, just hold on a while (in 1 - 1.5 months) after this than fix yr rate
those who happen to see this piece of news in this tread , hope u can save some money
