俺住过二楼，赶上华人办丧事，彻夜的麻将声；马来人办喜事，彻夜地煮咖喱，香飘梦里。回味无穷呀。

for those older flat , it have 个人垃圾篓, and the 2nd floor is sitting directly above it, last time chinese year the cleaner will not empty the rubbish until the 3rd or 4th day , so the whole place will be very smelly (flys and insects and other will go in to the hse) , now the cleaner is working even on the new year day itself and the new flat have common 垃圾篓 near the lift , as long as u buy the flat far away from the  垃圾篓 , it should be ok.
