因为我已经跟一位新加坡人结婚了也已经在申请PR，只是ICA还没有通知我，可我的准证就要到期了，是否可以在驻中国的新加坡领事管申请探亲的签证，是需要那些文件来办签证？

<P>你持有的“准证”是何证件？何不先申请延期？至于探亲或观光签证在新很容易办理的，让你先生直接帮你到新加坡移民局申请即可，不用着急。另外，看你在国内哪个城市了，如上海北京等地，到驻中国的新加坡领事管办理也未尝不可，只是不知所需证件同新加坡本地办理是否一样。

<P >Social Visitor Whose Spouse Is A Singapore Citizen (SC) or Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR)</P>
<UL>
<LI>A copy (original) of duly completed <a href="http://www.ica.gov.sg/downloads/serv_visitor/Form14.pdf" target="_blank" >Form 14</A>, <a href="http://www.ica.gov.sg/downloads/serv_visitor/FormV39I.pdf" target="_blank" >Form V39</A> (Form V39 is only for non-Malaysians). Every applicant (including children) has to complete a set of these forms. You will require <a href="http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep.html" target="_blank" >Adobe Acrobat Reader</A> to read and print the form. Download may take a while;
<LI>One recent passport-sized photograph (colour/black &amp; white) to be pasted on the top right-hand corner of Form 14;
<LI>Applicant's marriage certificate (original and photocopy);
<LI>If applicant is the wife of SC/SPR, a copy (original) of duly completed <a href="http://www.ica.gov.sg/downloads/serv_visitor/FormV107.pdf" target="_blank" >Form V107</A> and a letter from a registered doctor stating applicant's expected date of delivery if applicant is pregnant;
<LI>Children's birth certificates, if any;
<LI>Sponsor's identity card;
<LI>Sponsor's and applicant's highest educational certificate;
<LI>Sponsor's letter of employment stating date of commencement, designation and salary per month (for self-employed: sponsor's valid Registration Certificate from the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) and Company's Profit &amp; Loss Statement for the last 12 months);
<LI>Sponsor's Income Tax Notice of Assessment for the last 3 years;
<LI>Sponsor's CPF Statement showing monthly CPF contribution for the last 12 months;
