<P>Appointment allowance就是在职的各种津贴，可以是车马费津贴等，都不可计入基本月薪内。还有新加坡驻上海领事馆网页上，已经说申请PR的基本月薪是定在2，000新元以上。你进入下面网页选择“领事服务”一栏，再按下面“申请永久居民规定”，就可以看到新加坡移民厅的相关申请评估标准了。</P>

<P>已经说的很明白了,ICA主要看basic salary, allowance应该是作为参考. </P><P>不过你还是可以给你老婆申请,很多poly的学生毕业拿到PR后给老婆都申请到了, 他们的收入也未必超过$2000.</P>

是呀！还好大姐帮我解围。基本月薪只是其中一项重要的评估标准，楼主其实不用这么悲观。

楼主应该只是要人agree你的想法.... 还是找"如果楼主是工作在大公司的话, 最好向hr负责申请的那个人询问... 他们做多了, 比较了解...." 这个做吧.....
