i think i can not express my idears, i find my english does not improve further,it seems i do not know everything, i wanna study a lot of knowledge about english ,but i do not know how to improve it ,what shall i do? Especially, i have not friends now.sigh~~

It is normal not to know everything and not able to express your ideas. Nobody can know everything about anything or anyone and not everyone can express what they think or want properly. That's true, even for Westerners who grew up speaking English, so don't be too upset about it. If you are keen on improving your English, then you can do it. It's just a matter of time so be patient.
Read more English books, speak more English, listen/watch more English programmes.

To be proficient in a language, you have to think in the language. Learn English as a living language, use it as a living language, listen to how it's spoken as a living language. You won't get very far just by learning a lot of grammar. structures and vocabulary without actually knowing how they're used in real life.
