Hehe. Seriously, most China students do not read the English newspapers. LEt me tell you about my situation. Even though I am Singaporean, I grew up with my grandparents and they only speak Hokkien (福建话). In school, my classmates only speak English during lesson time and when the teachers are not around or when we step out of school, we converse in Mandarin. But for all my years in school, I have always done well in English and Literature. This is because since young, I love to read story books and newspapers. Everyday, I will make an effort to read something for at least 3 hours. This is my personal experience. Just to share with everyone. [em04]

What you said is very true. Every teacher asks us to read english newpapers. DOn't read streats or the new paper.Read the Straits Times[em04]

Can't my register information be fake? Hehe. Maybe I am a girl pretending to be a guy? Maybe you are a guy pretending to be a girl? Hehe. Anyway, reading the newspaper is good. Provides so much information and its so economical.

Its alright to tell you all those. After all, I believe in the spirit of sharing. Anyway, I do not think we have the chance to meet up, so its fine with me. Anyway, good work in administrating this forum. Keep it up.
