微软MSN不再免费 手机接入高达24.99美元

微软证实，公司将开始为其MSN Mobile服务收取一年的预定费用。MSN Mobile服务可允许用户通过具有上网功能的手机查收MSN电子邮件和享受其它服务。
<P>　　从12月3日开始，美国和加拿大的MSN Mobile用户每年需要为手机接入MSN服务支付19.99美元的费用，而且这一费用将从11月25日以后涨至每年24.99美元。即将受到这一预定计划影响的服务包括手机接入的Hotmail、Instant Messenger、日程表、通知以及其它Web内容等。 </P>
<P>　　不过，这一变化不会影响到美国的Sprint PCS和Verizon Wireless以及加拿大的Bell Mobility和Rogers AT&amp;T等手机运营商。 </P>
<P>　　微软于9月15日在其网站上详细说明了这一变化情况。 </P>
<P>　　这一举措反映了微软希望通过其MSN系列Web服务获取额外预定收入的努力。本月初，微软停止在其网站上免费提供MSN Calendar和MSN Photo服务。而这些服务将只提供给预定MSN 8互联网接入服务的用户。 </P>
<P>　　加入预定范围的其它MSN服务包括在线广播、帐单支付、贺卡以及“The Zone”在线游戏等。
