CampaignExecutive/ Senior Executive (Life Sciences) –Delegate Sales

Responsibilities

·      Identifying prospective companiesand investigating their business needs in order to engage them to take up highvalue delegate tickets

·      Engaging CEOs, Vice Presidents andall other senior level decision-makers over the phone or face-to-face, tounderstand their business objectives and match them with the benefits ofattending your conference

• Selling     delegate tickets
  

·      Being an integral part of theproject team creating the most impactful business festival of the year

·      Providing impeccable customerservice before and after the event

• Being     a passionate advocate for the event and brand
  
• Attending     events to network with clients and generate new business opportunities
  

Requirements

Essential

·      GoodDegree holder in Life Sciences/Marketing/Communications/BusinessManagement/Social sciences/Psychology

·      Excellentcommunication, persuasion and negotiation skills

·      Positiveattitude, Cheerful and Confident personality (sociable,charismatic and engaging)

·      Strongdrive for sales and marketing

·      Abilityto adapt to changing market trends and quick to learn

·      Persistentand disciplined

·      Creativein problem-solving

·      Highthreshold for stress and good stress management

·      Highlyproficient in Chinese language
