Full time Admin 行政秘书:
Assist in day to day general office administration
Handle incoming calls and take messages.
Data entry duties
Updating of database
Handle documentations
Photocopying, sorting and filing of documents
Perform daily admin duties and other internal support when required
Requirements:
Able to speak and write English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese associates)Willing to learn and able to work independently.
Able to start work immediately.
Organised and good computer knowledge
Only Singaporean and PR may apply

General Clerk 普通书记:
