Job responsibilities
Overall
Managing all middle and back officefunctions (e.g. Corporate Support, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, IT,Legal, and etc)  
Building, inspiring and mentoring teams
Developing the Core Values, Vision andMission Statements
Formulating, implementing andmonitoring the progress of business plans and business strategies
Define Key Performance Indicators (KPI)for staffs
Developing and updating of internalpolicies and management reporting
Day-to-day operations and ensuringbusiness continuity
Conducting Managing the delivery ofprofessional service quality to our clients and ensuring high satisfaction
Human Resource
Managing business and staff performanceagainst performance goals
Identifying training needs for staffs
Motivating staffs and colleagues
Establishing Key Performance Indicatorsfor staffs, conductingperformance appraisal and developing performanceimprovement plans
Corporate Communications
Communicating and collecting feedbackfrom all stakeholders
Ensuring all staffs are fully informedof business objectives
Engaging in senior level communicationswith strategic alliance, clients, press and etc
Finance
Financial management and budgeting(e.g. productivity, costs, cash flow forecast, accounting practices, reviewingand analyzing financial reports etc)
Overseeingrisk management
Compliance
Developing due diligence processes
Developing and implementing internalcontrol and compliance policies and procedures
Regulatoryoversight
