Job responsibilities
  • Handling accounting, tax, finance and     related matters
  • Processing invoices and receipts
  • Following up on collection of outstanding     payments by clients
  • Processing expense claims and ensuring     claims are compliance with company guidelines
  • Processing payments
  • Payroll preparation and CPF e-submission     reporting
  • Performing account reconciliations on     monthly basis
  • Preparing financial analysis reports
  • Advising on cost management strategies
  • Developing expenses claim policy
  • Preparing budget and cash flow forecast
  • Liaising with external professional     service providers (accounting, audit, taxation, corporate secretaries and     etc)
  • Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of     the finance-relating document files
  • Dealing with any ACRA related     notifications and documentation
  • Preparing Goods & Services Tax filing     when it is applicable
  • Meeting with clients and other     stakeholders
