2，Clear spoken language and standard pronunciation; lively and be good at expression. (口齿清晰发音标准，性格活泼，擅于表达。)
3，Rich compassion and strong work sense of responsibility. (富有爱心，工作责任心强。)
4，Easy-going and be able to interact with the student.  (具有亲和力，能够与学生互动。)
5，Preference to who have the kindergarten English teaching experience or have studied the related teaching method.  (有幼儿园英语教学经验或学过相关的教学法的优先。)
