五天工作制(Monday - Friday), 8:00AM - 5:00PM.

Quantity Surveyor - Job Duties：

Tendering
1.Go through tender document, prepare BOQ and taking off of quantities.
2.Prepare tender questionnaires if there is any discrepancy between tender drawing and BOQ.
3.Source for new vendor,materials and quotation.
4.Check stock level and lead time for material.
5.Prepare for tender submission.
6.Follow up on the tender status.
7.Attend tender interview and prepare tender re-submission.

Procurement
1.Prepare project directory and procurement list.
2.Sourcing for new vendors, material and quotation.
3.Check stock for material in the contract.
4.Negotiation and purchase of materials.
5.Prepare project expenditure.
6.Prepare Purchase order.
7.Verify and evaluate invoice submitted by vendors and prepare progress payment form.
8.Inform Finance to issue invoice based on the payment schedule agreed with client.
9.Preparation of Operation Manual once the project completed.
