Job Title        : PROFILE GRINDER
Location.  : Singapore
Salary        : $1700 - $2000
Work Week : 5 Days / 44 hours / week
Min. Qualification : Diploma or Degree holder
Experience : 3 years above

Employer Profile;
Our client is manufacturing base; products for jigs,dies,tools,fixtures & etc. Mat'l like; Carbide,SSteel,Hard Steel,Steel,etc.

Job duties / Requirement;
Able to construct Cad Cam / 2D drawing for Carbide, Hard Steel, S.Steel & etc for PG precision tools jobs.

Able to develop Cad Cam program with Master Cam for Profile Grinding or PG , transfer data to CNC precision machining for fine works

Knowledge of Precision engineering of Profile Grinding for Alls Surface works at the same time run by Model type of Machine ; WAIDA or WASINO, for edging, fine grinding or match grinding & punch of fine works with Auto Cad Cam Drawing for CNC Grinding which those are Hands_On grinding where are can't reach.

Must ;
Able to calculate / control within 0.002 Micron given
Able to operate WAIDA 2500N or 2000N or Wasino Machine
