They currently represent 20 + global brands of fashion, accessories, and watches in Singapore and are a household name in hearts and minds of normal Singaporeans.

Recruitment requirements 招聘要求
The employer is embarking on a recruitment drive from APRIL 2012 till JUNE 2012, where they look forward giving employment opportunities to 40 female graduates in Mainland China who are proficient in English speaking and are looking to advance their career and lives in Singapore. Candidates can be single or married, below the age of 35. Candidates are required to have a certified degree from a recognized university in China and must be proficient in speaking and selling in English. Interested applicants must pass 2 rounds of interviews via Skype and must be dressed in professional attire with adequate make up and neat hairdo. The employer has no expectations on the field or specialization of study, but instead placing major emphasis on spoken English being extremely fluent, and candidates having a very pleasant character with pleasant outlook and features.

The candidates are expected to work at least 60 to 70 hours per week, depending on their roster on a weekly basis. They will be allocated to different shop locations across the island, meaning they will go to different shops on different days. This requires them to travel to different parts of Singapore on a daily basis and they must be prepared for that. At times, they will be just allocated a particular shop unit and occasionally, candidates will have to go to other outlets to work to cover duties to other outlets that are short or staff.  Most shops open from 10am to 10pm, however some shops have different opening hours due to their location in Singapore (Eg: airport). Candidates are expected to be working full shift for 6 days in a week, and have 1 day off. Off days will be on one of the weekdays only, from Monday to Thursday. There will be no over-time paid for over-time work

The employer is willing to give selected candidates a 2 year contract in Singapore on Employment Pass (EP), provided the Employment Pass is approved by the Singapore Ministry of Manpower. The fixed monthly salary will be SGD 3,000/-, to be paid out by bank transfer at the end of every month. Selected employees will be given 7 days of annual leave, medical leave as well as hospitalization insurance as stipulated by the Ministry of Manpower Singapore. There will be no increment of salary or promotion throughout these 2 years, unless the employee has shown exceptional performance. There will be sales targets which are given to every employee, but there will not be commissions or bonuses paid out within the term of contract.
雇主为录取人员提供为期两年的合约并办理新加坡人力部签发的EP准证。每月固定薪水

Candidates who have a recognized degree with 3-4 years of working experience may also stand a higher chance of EP approval. However, the company is committed to interview and apply for all selected degree holders regardless of work experience or university standing. Outcome of Employment Pass from MOM is not guaranteed. Results of application will be made known to the China agent within 1-2 weeks of application.
雇主愿意面试所有报名的本科人员,无需工作经验。并协助录取人员申请EP准证。EP申请结果将在申请后的1-2周内通知中国代理。
The employer will guarantee that they will apply for Permanent Residency for their employees after completion the 2 years contract. This is provided that the employee has no major disciplinary issues in the past 2 years of employment as well as meets required sales targets as set by the employer. The employee will also be offered an extension of contract after 2 years if they have performed well these 2 years, and are expected to agree to the extension if their Permanent Residency is approved after 2 years.
雇主愿意帮助完成2年合约的录取人员申请新加坡永久居民资格。该福利建立于录取人员在公司服役的2年期间没有不良记录并完成雇主所给与的销售业绩而且能够与雇主再续约2年的基础上。
Take note: The employer cannot guarantee that application of PR will be approved as this comes under the jurisdiction of the Singapore ICA. The employer has no power whatsoever to influence the outcome of the PR application.

Other matters 其他事情
The employer will be safe-keeping an amount of SGD 300 per month for the whole duration of the contract. This is to assist the company in terms of tax clearances in the event that employment ceases pre-maturely. The employers will safe-keep this amount for the employee and return it after tax-clearance has been done with the tax authorities in Singapore. In the event that employment ceases pre-maturely after 7 months (for example), the employee will have accumulated SGD 2,100 with the employer. The employer will inform tax authorities officially regarding the total amount of salary earned in the 5 months (SGD 2800 x 5) and the tax will be calculated accordingly. The employer will then use the saved amount to pay, followed by returning the remaining amount back to the employee. In the event that there is no tax to be paid, the employer will return the full amount.
在合约2年期间雇主每月保留300新币作为安全保障金,以便任何一方提前终止雇佣关系时清算税款。雇主帮助雇员保存该金额直到新加坡税务部门结算雇员所需交纳的税款并会退还剩余部分。例如雇佣关系终止时雇员已经工作7个月,那么雇主将会为该雇员积累了2100新币,雇主将会通知新加坡税务部门该雇员在这7个月里的总收入(2800新币x7),税务部门会根据以上信息计算需要交纳金额。雇主将会用2100新币的安全保障金结算税款并返还剩余金额。如果该期间没有产生任何税款那么安全保障金全部返还。
In addition, due to the high salary that the employer is paying, they have a large expectation on the employee fulfilling their 2 years of contract. To prevent and reduce the possibility of job-hopping, the employer has imposed a penalty of 3 months salary in the event the candidate resigns before 6 months, 2 months salary if she resigns before 2 years.

Normal notice period according to Singapore laws applies, that employer has to give employees one month notice in the event of termination, and employees have to reciprocate by giving employer one month notice in the event they want to resign.
根据新加坡相关法令,任何一方终止合约需要提前1个月通知另一方。
Interview Process 面试程序
All preliminary interviews will be done by the Singapore Recruitment Company, Eyeball Resources every Monday and 10 Am in the morning.

CVs with a minimum of 3 pictures must be provided: one formal passport photo and 2 full length lifestyle photos in color.
