Technical Support Engineer Job Responsibilities - Provide pre and post sales technical support to customers
- Perform product testing to better understanding product features
- Provide trainings to both our internal staffs and our customers
- Carry out professional after-sales support duties such as troubleshooting and warranty claim
Job Requirements: - Diploma/Degree and above.
