岗位2: 用户获取专家（User Acquisition Specialist）工作年限要求： 1-3 Responsibilities ● Plan and manage User Acquisition campaigns for multiple games and/ or apps ● Analyze the performance of our campaigns, identify the most relevant signals, and increase the ROAS of our games and apps ● Work closely with our Product and Creative teams to coordinate efforts and share feedback ● Oversee the execution of digital marketing strategies, User Acquisition campaigns, and in app promotional activities, ensuring alignment with company objectives ● Deepen your UA expertise and share best practices with other teams to keep our organization at the forefront of growth innovation Requirements ● Bachelor’s degree and above in Marketing or related majors ● 1 2 years of related work experience in mobile application or gaming industry, ideally with a background in performance marketing, ASO and paid acquisition ● Experiencing running ROAS campaigns on mobile games and/or apps ● Familiar with the common user acquisition platforms (Facebook Ads, AdMob, AppLovin, TikTok, DSPs, etc.) and MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust, etc.) ● You’re a hacker: you’ve already tried innovative organic/ viral tactics Fluent in English & Chinese communication want to learn more：https://pm.lockinu.com/landingProject/ewp2024/share Contact us: email：[email protected] WhatsAPP:+86 18665565005
