Job Description:

·        Handle start to end order processing i.e. from order entry to invoicing;

·        Accounts & backlogs management, proactively update internal partnersfor alternative options whenever possible to mitigate escalation due to any shipmentdelays

·        Manage customer feedbacks and requirement

·        Assist in processing warranty claims

·        Work with Finance on AR issues & follow up when needed.

               
Job Requirements:

·        Min Diploma qualification or above.

·        Min. 1 year Experience in industrialcustomer service;

·        Independent, self-motivated, takeinitiative to finish jobs according to instruction;

·        Team work; Integrity and responsiblepersonality;

·        Bilingual in English and Chinese;
