RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily operations like online/onsite grocery orders and process the order accurately
- Inventory management, maintaining pick, packing, and delivery standards.
- Ensure merchandise and displays are consistently well presented.
- Provide good customer service and attend to inquiries by customers.
- Ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
- Manage the overall standards of cleanliness, service experience, maintenance, as well as, assist with administrative tasks as required
REQUIREMENTS
- Require hands-on, service-oriented, and meticulous team player
- Good communication
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with smartphones
- Able to start work on short notice will be an advantage
GENERAL DETAILS
- Able to work 5.5-day work week, including weekends and occasionally public holiday
