Looking for Junior Quantity Surveyor:
Job Description & RequirementsTo interpret drawings and perform taking off dutiesTo source sub-contractors and suppliersTo prepare tender submissionTo liaise wih sub-contractors and suppliers for quotation and procurementTo coordinate with consultant and sub-contractor for progress claims, variation works and finalisation of accountsAll other tasks as assigned by managementDiploma/Degree in Building/QS or equivalentMinimum 1-3 years relevant working experience in quantity surveying for renovation and A&A worksPossess knowledge for local form of contracts (i.e. PSSCOC, SIA & etc.)Proficient in MS Office applications
