Sales & Clinic Manager (TCM Clinic)

Job Description:

• Handle counter duties (registration of patients, scheduling appointments etc.)
• Training of part-time or new physicians, therapist and counter staffs and other clinics outlets.
• Educate patients and therapists to assist in intervention programme to improve condition
• Contribute towards continuous quality improvement in the department and provide guidance to therapist
• Referring patients to respective clinics/hospitals for follow-up
• Stock taking of consumable products
• Write memo for insurance claim purposes
• Promote recommended packages to boost revenue (achieve sales target)
• Cover other clinics when necessary due to shortage of manpower
• Perform accounting duties (Pay slips, Cheque writting, counting incentives monthly, computation of doctor's variable share and monthly queue listing consolidation etc)
• Ensure clinics comply with relevant laws, rules and regulations
• Organise staff rostering and manpower management
  
  

Requirements:

• Bilingual (read/speak) in Chinese & English***
• 5.5 days work week, must be able to work on weekends
• Agile and able to deliver any requirements in a timely and efficient manner.
• Previous experience in marketing and / or operations roles.
• Experience in stakeholder management with excellent communication and networking abilities.
• Higher education with a relevant degree (Human resource management, Communications) or at least 5 years experience being in branch management role
• Basic + Commission + Allowance role ($3800 - $6800)
