The Job:

A highly enriching and satisfying role for the creative mind, problem solver and thinker, passionate about empowering people’s life through design. A major part of the role involves conceptualizing creative ideas with a unique vision into the creation of a functional audio product with USP.

Brainstorming with the team and industry elites and translating concepts and visuals into production-ready drawings and 3d modeling. Liaison with internal and external vendors for the execution of said designs. Ensuring deliverables are met within schedule.

Occasional ad-hoc support with 2D graphic design to support marketing department may be required. Non-compulsory opportunities for overseas travels of moderate frequencies will be presented.

The role’s incumbent must be passionate about their work and relentless in preserving the company’s design authenticity.

Your Responsibility:

- Understanding the project requirements and develop high quality designs accordingly.

- Present product ideas to internal team members for brainstorming and vetting

- Suggest improvements to design and performance to product engineers

- Perform research on product technologies and structures to implement into design concepts

- Maintain up to date on current industry trends and market conditions

- Create 3D design concepts and drawings to determine the best product

- Translation of design concepts into functional or visual prototypes

- Coordinate with fellow designers, vendors and in-house production team to ensure accurate communication and efficiency in the design phase

- Modify and revise existing designs to meet customer expectations

Desired Skill and Experience:

- Diploma/Degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, 3D design or related disciplines.
- Fresh Grads are welcomed to apply
- Team player, able to work with production team to bring concept and ideas to physical prototypes.
- Good working knowledge on DLP and FDM 3D printing technology and related hardware, software.

- Efficient in AutoCad, Rhinoceres, Fusion 360, Keyshot, Zbrush, Blender, Adobe Creative Suite( Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)
- Bilingual ; Fluent in English / Mandarin
- Having photography / graphic design skill set is a bonus
