Responsibilities:
·       Workwith corporate clients to source and pipeline candidates. This includes settingup interviews with candidates to understand their career goals and key driversfor their next role.
·       Influenceand sell to passive candidates to help transition them to active candidates.
·       Useadvanced sourcing methodologies to identify potential candidates.
·       Engagewith and create a range of talent communities to support candidate generationand talent pooling.
·       Abilityto pre-close and deliver an offer to a candidate with a high probability ofsuccess.
·       Respondto contractual questions and issues that may arise during the offer stage.
·       Developand execute a day plan to ensure a steady flow of work.
·       Seekopportunities to build knowledge of a client’s business trends and pipeline talentaccordingly.
·       Generateclient leads through Line manager interactions
Requirements:
·       Min.Bachelor Degree in any field
·       Positiveattitude, high persistence and optimism
·       Resultsand goal-oriented
·       Excellentwritten and spoken communication skills
·       Enjoymeeting and interacting with new people
·       Provenability to work and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
