关于第三方 汽车保险的问题 (AIG)

签完AIG的车险后，发现他们对于第三方的cover， 两个条件用了 " or ", 是如果发生死亡和损坏， 是两者只能保其一吗，还是都是保? 然后去查了下NTUC income的，他们是用了 "and".(注：本来想打电话问下，但刚好过了6点，他们下班了，就在这里问下，有没有人知道）

Section 2: Your Liability to Third Parties
1. We will cover You for the amount (including all costs and expenses) which You or Your Authorised Driver(s) is legally liable to pay tothird parties in compensation for the following arising out of an accident directly involving the Vehicle:
    death or bodily injury to any person; or
    damage to property for up to $5,000,000.00 for any one claim or series of claims arising out of any one accident.
