美国上市知名中资Edu-Tech公司招聘在线大班辅导老师-SC/SPR

Master teacher support：

1. Assisting in online live broadcast courses, cooperate with the master teacher to make sure the online learning in smooth and discipline order.
2. Schedule the students’ learning plans with the master teacher to improve the completion rate of course study
3. Assist the master teacher in charge of planning related subject learning programs and activities

Customer and community operation:
1. Responsible for student attendance rate, homework submission rate, conduct homework correction after class, and any other learning effects follow up tasks.
2. Operate the social media communities, and answer inquiries from the students or parents on time;
3. Communicate with students’ parents and timely feedback on students’ learning progression.

Qualifications:

-Fresh graduate in Polytechnic, University are most welcome to apply
-No experience required as full coaching will be provided, if you have student care experience will be a bonus.
-Education or STEM-related majors (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) preferred. Achievements in Mathematics and related competitions are a big plus.
-Extremely passionate about teaching and the education industry. Willing to join an entrepreneurial team and build from the ground-up. Able to work under pressure, take initiative, and determined. Willing to take on more responsibilities.
-Excellent verbal and written English and Mandarin communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with English and Mandarin-speaking student's parents and timely feedback on students learning progression.
-Team player. Able to quickly adapt to a new environment and have a growth mindset.
