The Help Desk Support Tech is responsible for responding to inquiries and requests for assistance by the organization’s employees, providing timely and supportive customer service.

Essential Responsibilities:

Resolve basic network problems and offer technical assistance to users.
Respond to inquiries and requests for assistance via phone and email, and occasionally in person
Add, delete, and modify system user accounts based upon security and business appropriate needs and within all regulatory guidelines.
Work with Office 365 / Windows 10 / Active Directory
Identify and escalate issues requiring urgent attention to appropriate team
Install and configure application software and related hardware such as desktops, servers, and printers
Responsible for hardware repair and diagnostics, virus detection and removals
Attends required meetings within division, region, and central office (team and/or community partners)
Sensitive and responsive to the cultural differences of staff, SAFY youth, foster parents, referral sources and the public.

Education Requirements:

Associate's degree in related field preferred.
