帮妻子申请PR, 已收IPA, 请教Checklist相关问题

如题，妻子拿到IPA后，需要去ICA现场办PR formalities. Checklist里需要Applicant 和Sponsor的Employer's Letter原件, 上面的描述是： Employer's Letter(as submitted with your online application) stating the date of employment, position held and monthly salary for the past 6 months",
请教一下各位大神，
这个Employer's Letter是要申请PR时的(2019年5月), 还是目前的。这一年多期间有换过工作，之前的Employer's Letter原件还不知能不能找到，直接打印当时扫描的电子件可以吗？
