Revision Of Minimum Rate For Property Loans

Revision of Minimum Rate for 1-month SIBOR, 3-month SIBOR & 3-month SOR for Property Loans.

With effect from 18 May 2020, we will be revising the Minimum Rate for the applicable 1-month and 3-month Singapore Interbank Offered Rate (“SIBOR”), and 3-month Swap Offer Rate (“SOR”) to 0.90%* for your Property Loan(s). Should the SIBOR & SOR falls below that, the rates will remain at 0.90%*.

真的是任人宰割,说好的条例却因为现在利息下跌情况就把局势扭转到自己的优势。 做庄的永远就是占有优势。

只剩下HSBC给的1.2%利率像样罢了,其它银行真是烂透了。

连HSBC也下架了现在起到0.8%。 只剩下Citibank 好些罢了。
