SP QS Quantity surveyor
The basic salary is 2000 + (the salary is based on the ability during the interview)
Working hours: Monday - Friday 8:30-17:30pm. Saturday 8:30-12:30
Requirements: Male or female, bilingual with Chinese and English, good work attitude, responsible, able to cooperate with the company to arrange work, willing to learn.
Job responsibilities:
1. Estimate the project and then prepare a “quantity list”
2. Estimate the cost of the project and the time required to complete the project
3.3. Preparation of bidding documents for required materials and related materials
4.4. Supervise and evaluate the construction progress of the project
5.5. For developers. contractor. architect. Providing advice from financing companies, etc.
6.6. Go to the site to inspect the progress of the project, supervise the application of building materials and write a patrol report. (Building or furniture industry experience is better).
