job scope is

1) answer Handphone for receive job from customer,
i) Location From Point A to Point B,
ii) Both site contact
iii) what cargo to delivery or collection

2) after take in to schedule
3) arrange schedule job & time to give drivers, ownself think the best way and fast.
4) whatapss full job details to drivers
5) Solve Customer cargo problems and driver delivery & collection issues
6) Customer request every trip job all is different, can be say have Challenging.
