Job Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of diversified clients;
To handle corporate secretarial works independently(draft resolutions, execute filings with ACRA, update & maintain statutoryand corporate records required by Company Act, etc)
Manage general admin, attendance records and medicalclaims for staff;
Apply EP, DP, LTSV, Entrepass for clients;
Respond to a variety of customer requests and inquiries;
To build, establish, maintain andimprove relationships with existing and potential clients;
Development and execution of marketing plan for targeted market.

Requirements:

Sufficient knowledge & relevant local working experience;
Able to muti-task and prioritize work;
Willing to do any adhoc duties as assigned;
Good command of Chinese & English in both written & spoken(to liaise with Chinese speaking associates);
Fast learner and resourceful with good logical and analytical thinking skills;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Mature, responsible, adaptable, flexible with good work attitude;
Remuneration will be commensurate with assessed competence.

Working hour from 9am to 6pm
5 days week
Near City Hall MRT Station
