Operations Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Engage in price negotiations with suppliers
• Pro-actively seeking for cost savings initiatives
• Responsible  for creating purchase requests and purchase orders
• Arrange for inbound/outbound deliveries and follow-up on late deliveries
• Analyze and review items purchased, costs, delivery, product performance
• Participate or lead in new product introductions when required
• Other ad-hoc operational requirements
• Prepare and process contracts for salesperson when necessary
  

Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in any discipline
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required
• Willing to learn and take on new tasks
• Able to multitask
