现在什么都看，EC地点是硬伤，不是首选。如果SBF可以有靠近地铁的新房，比买EC更好，不是吗。
抱着open的心态，买一间最合心的房子。

The February 2018 Re-Offer of Balance Flats (ROF) pools together flats that remain unsold at the conclusion of the May 2017 Sale of Balance Flats (SBF) and August 2017 ROF exercises. This will help those with more urgent housing needs and/ or are less particular about location and attributes to have quicker access to a flat.



有一些2017年SBF没有卖出的，一共700多间，看了一下，华人能买的好的地方不多，AMK好像一间华人的都没有。楼层也普遍比较低。

我也看了，特别失望。BTO这次的唯一的UBi比较好的地点，没有5房。失望失望！！！！！
