1.        To  deliver the sales objectives and sales targets agreed with the Sales Manager  in line with the Sale Department budget.
  
2.        To  carry customer account relationship activities with the purpose of servicing,  maintaining, developing, keeping, expanding WOE’s customer base.
  
  

       
  • Maintain and expand sales       in existing customers’ accounts.
       
  • Develop new sales accounts       and identify business growth opportunities.
       
  • Conduct sales presentation       and demonstrations to customers and prospects.
       
  • Prepare proposals, sales       quotations and budgetary costing.
       
  • Respond to customer       enquiries
       
  • Carry out after sales       follow-up and provide technical support to customers.
       
  • At times, required to       negotiate with customers under instructions from the manager.
       
  • Generate bi monthly       newsletter when required.
       
  • Ensure projects are       completed on time and within budgets by working closely with customers       and suppliers.
       
  • Participate in exhibitions       – prepare brochures and other materials, logistics arrangement.
       
  • Prepare monthly reports       for principals and senior management.
       
  • Work closely with R&D       for new design development.
       
  • Arrange for delivery of       products to customer.
       
  • Any other duties that       management may assign from time to time.

1.      Generate quotation for customers
  
2.      Send emails regarding enquiries for quotation to  customers.
  
  
  
Technical  Skills
  

       
  • 1 to 2 years’ proven hands-on       experience in sales in engineering / technology field.
       
  • Degree or Diploma cert desirable.
      
  
  
Soft s  Soft  Skills
  
·         Strong customer relations skills.
  
·         Ability to communicate with and influence customers  / prospects.
  
·         Good presentation skills.
  
·         Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  
  
·         Achievement of agreed sales targets.
  
·         Achievement of high degree of customer satisfaction  and customer retention.
  
Degree in Engineering or related, Photonicrelated background will be preferred
1-3 year B2B sales working experience withrelevant experience in Photonic / Laser Optics /Measurement system

Outgoing personality and Able to workindependently
