Job Responsibilities:
1.acting as an information distribution center for the department to collect, consolidate information from all the team members and customer pipeline management to ensure knowledge sharing and execution of function strategy.
2.support sales managers with periodic sales performance analysis
3.orders forecast and ensure it remain up to date
4.liaise with customers where necessary to support sales activity
5.customer visiting arrangement and company introduction
6.internal sales documentation managing and processing
7.handle various department administration, sales reimbursement
8.daily administration work
9.other jobs assigned by direct report.
Requirements:
1.Singapore Citizen or PR Holder preferred
2.2-3 years working experience in sales/support
3.proficient in use of Microsoft office
4.excellent verbal and written communication
5.ability to multitask and resourceful
6.ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines ,getting work right first time
7.time management skills with the ability to work with accuracy and minimum of supervision
8.fluent English as a must
