Position: Sales Admin Executive
• Professionals with proven track record in technical sales, preferably in Aerospace industry are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to build critical relationships with key decision makers to authorize product trials, obtains necessary approvals, implement new products into production and increase sales.
• Support and provide direction to engineers and designers to introduce new products in a timely manner. Possess ability to work with people at all levels in the production floor and provide initiative and coordination to ensure completion of projects on a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible to work closely with the relevant departments to support all pre-sales and post-sales activities to ensure the delivery of excellent customer services to all our customers. This include the following:
• Follow up all enquiries and ensure response to customers’ enquiries and complains in professional manner. This include liaising with customers from orders receipt to orders delivery.
• Submission of quotation, scheduling appointments, preparing presentation materials in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with Head Office and assist in all logistic matters related to orders received to endure all materials from suppliers are received on time to support production needs to meet promised TAT.
• Assist Production Manager to monitor the progress of orders undertaken to ensure timely completion.
• Close follow-up and building good business relationship & rapport with customers.
• General administration work
Requirements:
• Minimum Degree or Diploma
• With good Interpersonal/communication skills
• Minimum Three years relevant experience
• Experience in Microsoft suite of products in particular Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English and Chinese language.
• Ability to work independently with good team spirit, self-motivated and meticulous.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Must be able to accept multi-tasks
• Immediate availability or within short notice is preferred
