Tasksand Duties

• Attend     to customers in person or Telephone or by email
• Respond     promptly to customer inquiries and resolve their complaints
• Perform     customer verifications and update them on new Products launch
• Process     customer’s orders and applications
• Support     company’s campaigns and events
  

Requirementsand Experience

• A-Level     or Diploma in any discipline
• Service     oriented with good working attitude
• Strong     communications and interpersonal skills
• Able     to perform shift work
• Able     to work overtime occasionally
• Knowledge     of Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint
• Problem     analysis and problem-solving
• Initiative     and with leadership quality
  

WorkingDays

• 1st     Shift:          1030 ~1930;
• 2nd     Shift:         1300 ~2200     (Monday to Friday)
