如果批了不要就基本上断了以后申请的机会了按新加坡政府的脾气来看，给了一次居然不接受，那以后就别想再要了。。

如果只是父母申请，孩子不参与，ICA会不会问为什么孩子也在新加坡不要申请，他在中国出生，未来世界那么大，所以希望他以后自己去选择，一旦申请了就太多限制了，PR可以割掉，公民好像就算要放弃也要服完兵役才可以。

13-16.5岁， 如果离开新加坡超过3个月，要向国防部申请EXIT permit。如果要离开超过两年，还要交押金 （bond)，金额是75K或者夫妻收入的一半，whichever is higher.

PR到了18岁如果放弃是不是就可以去国外念书不用服兵役了，不会强制吧？

以后别指望在新加坡工作学习了。 他的直系亲属还是PR的也会一起被取消。
