NetworkEngineer/Telecommunication Engineer
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for network monitoring, troubleshooting and maintenance.
2. Responsible for network implementation, circuit provisioning and testing.
3. Responsible for project supervision during network installation and conduct network commissioning.
4. Responsible for requests for technical assistance via phone and email.
Requirements:
1. Diploma or Bachelor degree in computer science or communication or related subjects.
2. Technical background. (Relevant experience in telecom industry is preferable)
3. Able to work shifts and during weekends. (Negotiable)
4. Good communication and customer service skills in both written and verbal English and mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
5. Singaporeans /SPR only.
