请问有关买BTO的条件

我和老婆在2013年9月买了3房resale，bank loan。今年9月我拿到公民。我想请问我可以买11月的BTO吗？听说一定要住满5年mop才可以买。

Pl兄，借贴问个问题，如果买了2nd hand拿了政府补贴，再申请bto的时候算是第一次还是第二次？

是，2018年以后才可以申请bto.等搬进去就要2020年以后了

不好意思，我也想借贴问一下，如果BTO抽到签但是没选房，有什么惩罚？

我大概知道是2次不选会怎么样，请问这个2次是1年内2次还是多长时间之内2次不选？

刚看到一个帖子说1年内2次不选就失去first timer资格，我印象中惩罚好像不是这样的，应该是多长时间之内不可以再申请而已

• If a first-timer family rejects 2 chances to select a flat, all first-timer privileges will be removed for a period of 1 year. Any flat applications made during this period will be placed together with second-timer applicants and no additional ballot chances will be given. Should the applicants be invited to book a flat and again not do so, first-timer privileges will continue to be suspended for another year
• First-timer singles and second-timer families who reject 2 chances to select a flat will not be allowed to participate in any BTO/ SBF sales launch for 1 year
