Customer Service Assistant (Parttime)


Responsibilities:



  • Handle inbound phone and email     enquiries
  • Assist with customers' issues and provide advice
  • Provide administration support     to customer service &sales department.
  • Documents administration including DO,PO     & Invoice
  • Data entries and report     generation.
  • Attending to customer service     hotline and walk-in customer.



Requirements:



  • Fluent in English & Chinese     verbal & written communication in order to liaise with Chinese     speaking associates.
  • PC software skill (such as     Microsoft Office)
  • Able to attend work at least 22     hours per week.


Location: Raffles Place


Others:



  • Flexible working hour from     Monday – Friday (between 8:30am-6:00pm)
  • $7 per hour
