[Dow Jones] UOB Kay Hian upgrades Suntec Real Estate Investment Trust (T82U.SG) to a Buy recommendation, but keeps its target price unchanged at S$2.08. The market may have "overdiscounted" concerns over the Suntec City Mall's refurbishment, UOB Kay Hian says, adding that it believes the prospects of strong rental revisions in the next leasing cycle remain intact. Rentals fell below the initial guidance by the company, leading to a 14% drop in the value of the REIT in the last four months. However, following the decline, UOB Kay Hian says "value could be emerging." Suntec REIT is up 0.9% at S$1.77 while the Straits Times Index is down 0.2%.
