QA Lead

Role & Responsibilities

1.   Taking ownership for systemtest activities and managing unit test and integration testing in an AGILEenvironment

2.   Responsible for drivingforward the company test strategy

3.   Analysis and creation offormal documentation - including project test plans, test procedures, testscripts and test reports

4.   Planning, monitoring andcontrol of testing activities

5.   Estimate testing effort andresources

6.   Identify when test automationis appropriate and plan the effort, select tools and ensure training of theteam

7.   Lead, guide and monitoranalysis, design, implementation and execution of test cases, test proceduresand test suites

8.   Setup test environment priorto test execution and managed during test execution

9.   Schedule test execution,monitor, measure, control and report the test progress, product quality statusand test results

10.  PrepareSoftware Quality Assurance Plan

11.  PrepareSoftware Configuration Management Plan

Qualifications

1.   Degree incomputer/engineering discipline

2.   Minimum 8 years of workingexperience in testing and automation testing

3.   Strong client relationshipmanagement skills

4.   Strong planning andleadership skills

5.   Test scripting and testautomation skills

6.   Defect management andreporting skills

7.   Ability to highlight anddrive issues forward from identification through to resolution

8.   Proactive - ability toidentify and discuss improvements to current processes

9.   AGILE & SCRIM experienceis preferred
