求助万能的水库，小妹的permit好像不见了，，，，六神无主，，要怎么补办啊

Lost Work Permwocool

Employers of Foreign Domestic Workers must report a lost or stolen card and apply for a replacement within seven days. A police report is required if the card is stolen. To get a replacement card, submit the request through Work Permit Online (WPOL). This service is available from 8am – 8pm (Monday to Friday) and 8am – 2pm (Saturday), excluding public holidays.

Note

If the lost card is found after getting a replacement, the lost card must be returned to MOM immediately.
For those who lose their Work Permwocools overseas must obtain a Disembarkation/Embarkation card for Visitors when returning to Singapore.
