事情发生了17多小时, 没有任何飞机上人员的音讯, 马航应该面对现实, 向外界公布该航班已经失事, 给乘客家属一个暂时性的交代了。拖, 不是解决危机的办法。重点是失事后, 飞机在哪里? 搜救如何进行?

他就是不知道飞机在哪里，否则也不会等到飞机没有准时降落才发现飞机失联。

马航总部事故处理团今晚十点到北京

|     （联合早报网讯）新华社报道，据北京丽都酒店家属聚集地的工作人员说，马航总部事故处理团约100人下午四点已从吉隆坡机场起飞，预计今晚十点左右抵京。

According to a post on the official Facebook page of the United States embassy in Kuala Lumpur, the US’ seventh fleet has deployed the USS Pinckney P-3C to assist in search and rescue efforts of missing flight MH370.
The USS Pinckney is an Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer, and is en route to the southern coast of Vietnam.
The statement said that the Pinckney was conducting training and maritime security operations in international waters of the South China Sea, adding that the ship carries two MH-60R helicopters which is equipped for search and rescue missions.
“A P-3C Orion aircraft will also depart shortly from Kadena Air Base in Okinawa, Japan bringing long-range search, radar and communications capabilities to the efforts,” the statement read, adding that their thoughts and prayers go out to all of those affected by this tragic event.

俺在想, 飞行途中乘客手机关机的必要性。因为手机信号不会干扰飞机的通讯。如果乘客或机组人员的手机还开着, 会不会能收到外部打进的电话, 能不能帮助搜救组织搜索到失事地点。

老美奏是牛啊, 哪里都有他们的部队, 视机而动, 机动性太强了。政府没钱可能关门, 军队必须哪都有。世界无敌!
