Couple holding hdb decided to transfer / 'decoupling' to 'avoid'  ABSD.
Proceed down to hdb branch office and Hdb may on the spot give a transfer date once approve. (Usually 1.5mth to 3mths)

Note:
- Cpf refund is required for seller
- MOP to be full filled
- Preferably no more loan

Meantime, buyer can proceed to purchase BUC. Timeline is crucial as he/she has to sign on hdb transfer form before exercising of the new BUC on S&P

* Above applies to at least 1 SC.
* For PR pls seek hdb for approval as sometimes kids can help in the essential occupier

没说组屋贷款一定全部还清 而是 最好还清了
