HDB 购房政策又改了吗？检查非法装修由买主付费？

刚刚收到 HDB 1st appintment letter, 有一条款 我看得云里雾里，

记得置顶贴 买房步骤里，在1st appiontment之前，HDB官员回去检查 房子是否有 违法安装，如有，卖主要装回原始样子。

可以现在看信里 有一条：

4. you are buying the flat on a caveat emptor or "as is " basis, this means that it is your responsibility to check and satisfy yourself with condition of the resale flat and that all renovation works carried out by seller are authorised and comply with the requirements imposed by HDB or other competent authorities. You will also be responsible for any irregularity, including any unauthorised renovation works carried out by the seller in the resale flat, which may be discovered after completion of the resale transaction. hence, it is in your interest to engage a qualified person at your own expense to help you in the checking。

这不是说我要自己付费请人看，而且卖主的非法装修由我承担，请问我是不是看错了呢？请大家看看

是卖主承担，人家那封信其实是写给卖主的，然后CC一份给买主，嗯，应该就是这样子的

可这个条款上张口闭口的都是 “买家“负责，没卖家什么事， 而且HDB 不管帮你查看房间啊？你要自费请人去查看？？？

意思是交易结束后卖主不对违法装修再负责了，你如果不放心hdb的检测要自己拜人去检查下。
